No equipment needed, all fitness levels welcome (modifications provided beginner to advanced). Livestream with unlimited replays. Technique and strength tips all along the way.
We go live every week on Monday from 5:30PM to 6:15PM.
Plus, each week's class is archived with video and the workout whiteboards so you can follow along again any time you wish.
Registration includes our weekly live session, reminder emails/calendar events, and a valuable technique tip lesson (to use at your own pace) each week.
